The proprietary dashboard, analytical tools, and lead aggregation engines provided by LeadFocus Pro.
Any measurable interaction with our software, including API calls, login sessions, and data exports.
Raw user intent data specific to the Turkish mobile gaming market, processed for UA optimization.
Adherence to local Turkish KVKK regulations and global App Store pricing thresholds.
The specific boundaries of risk shared between the studio and our technical service layer.
01. Service Provision & Regional Governance
LeadFocus Pro operates under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Turkey. By creating an account, you represent that you are a legal entity or an authorized UA Manager capable of entering into binding contracts. Our services are tailored to the demographic nuances of Istanbul, Ankara, and the broader EMEA region.
We provide a tactical interface for lead management. You acknowledge that our "Market Pulse Radar" and other analytical tools are provided "as-at-moment"—reflecting high-volatility mobile trends which can shift based on local algorithm changes in the Turkish App Store rankings.

02. Studio Responsibilities & Market Integrity
Developers and marketing studios using LeadFocus Pro are strictly prohibited from utilizing the platform to circumvent regional pricing limits or exploit Turkish Lira (TRY) currency fluctuations for fraudulent IAP (In-App Purchase) schemes. Integrity is the core of our UA optimization model.

Misuse Branding: Representing LeadFocus Pro as an official partner of the Turkish Ministry of Industry without express written consent.
Methodology Note: Operational Evaluation
Our platform's efficacy is measured through a multi-factor robustness score. We evaluate lead quality against typical Turkish user behavior patterns—specifically focusing on social retention and monetization heatmaps. Legal risk is mitigated through automated compliance checks against KVKK (Turkish Data Protection Authority) standards. However, users must realize that no algorithmic model is 100% predictive; the "Volatility" scores provided are advisory, not definitive.
03. Termination & Data Portability
Suspension of service may occur if the High-Value User verification process fails for more than three consecutive reporting cycles. LeadFocus Pro reserves the right to terminate access for studios whose CPI (Cost-Per-Install) manipulation triggers local regulatory alerts.
Data Recovery Plan
Upon lawful termination, users are granted a 30-day window to export their portfolio performance data. Post-30 days, all non-aggregate lead identifiers are purged from our Istanbul-based primary nodes to ensure privacy compliance.
